He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Hallacy and Zelma Hallacy (Sponsel); his son Brian Hallacy; and his siblings, Frances Hallacy, Ted, Ned "Irish" and Mike Hallacy.
He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Kevin Hallacy (Nancy) of Wichita, Aaron Hallacy (Kay) of Park City, Andrew Hallacy of Haysville, Denis Hallacy (Theresa) of Haysville, Denise Means (Carl) of Wichita and John Hallacy (Jennifer) of Wichita; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Hallacy of Haysville; his siblings, Joseph Hallacy (Josephine) of Wichita, David Hallacy (Janet) of Newburn, NC, Donna Muhlenkort of Wichita, Peggy Stolzenburg (Dennis) of Salina and Pat Hallacy of Wichita; and his sisters-in-law, Kay of Wichita, Connie of Wichita and Ernestine Hallacy of Wichita. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
