He is survived by: his spouse Jennifer Fisher (Wise); his parents, Marc (Anne) and Brenda Gomez (Chris) of Topeka; his children, Cole Martindale of Augusta and Darian Martindale of Augusta; and his sister Candi Phillips (Roy) of Topeka.
