He is survived by: his wife Stephnie; and his siblings, Danny McPhail of Haysville, KS, Rick McPhail of Wichita, KS and Teresa Morphew of The Colony, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and other extended family and friends.
