She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Martin and Bernice Martin; and her siblings, Wanda Renfrow and Carl Martin, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Westphal; and her daughters, Cindy Janzen (Tim) of Mulvane and Donna McGoldrick of Derby. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
