He is survived by: his children, Kristie Schwarz (Mike Miller), Misty Lazar (Michael) and Candice White; his brother Doug White (Dee); his grandchildren, Cody Lazar (Tiffany), Garrett Lazar, Kaitlin Miller, Karagan Miller and Dylan White; and his great grandchildren, Paityn Lazar and Addisyn Lazar.
