He is survived by: his wife Javene; his daughters, Amy (David) and Carrie; his grandchildren, Shelton (Madison), Chase (Leslie), Sarah, Titus and Lindsay; his great grandchildren, Rylen, Noah and Macy; and his sister Melva Jean. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
