She was predeceased by: her parents, John S. Foust and Burley Foust (Davis); and her brother George Alvin Foust. She is survived by: her husband Charles I. Votaw of Hays; her children, Tony Votaw (Polly) of Ithaca and Brenda McMillin of Hays; her grandchildren, Travis Votaw (Penny), Sara August (Brad) and Kyda Warrior; and her great grandchildren, Reece, Kirsten, Emerson, Collin and Lily.
