He was predeceased by: his parents, Claire Louise Bohm and Schwerman; and his children, Sean, John Bohm, Dawn Bohm and Stacy Bohm-McCann.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Walters of Hays; his children, Matthew Bohm (Chelse) of Overland Park, Sarah Mackey (Todd) of Hays and Claire Ludes (John) of Salina; and his grandchildren, Heather Tipton (Joh) of Thomas, Glass, Anthony Bohm, Alexis Mackey, Carter Bohm, Kaylee Bohm, Peyton Mackey, Michael Mackey, Greyson Mullen, Boe Ludes, Zane Sims and Addison Sims. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
