He was predeceased by: his mother Lisa Pfannenstiel. He is survived by: his father Travis Haselhorst of Antonino; his grandparents, Art, Shirley Haselhorst of Antonino, A. J. and Linda Pfannenstiel of Hays; his great-grandparents, Orville Haselhorst of Hays and Mary Ann Legleiter of Hays; his uncles, Tyler Haselhorst (Jobeth) of Hays and C. J. Pfannenstiel (Sara) of Rush Center; and his cousins, Jillyan Sheldon, Denton, Easton, Paisley and Casen Pfannenstiel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested and payable to Travis Haselhorst for the Tanner Haselhorst Memorial Fund, in care of the funeral home.
