She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Albert and Helen Marie Balluch (Stithem); her husband Louis Rosproy; her son Clayton Brown; and her brother Richard Balluch.
She is survived by: her siblings, Pamela McNaught (Joseph) of Virginia Beach, VA, Randall Balluch (Deb) and Patrick Balluch of WaKeeney, KS; and her sister-in-law Karla Balluch of Wills Point, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
