As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Ronald may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Murl Insley and Vivian Insley (Hansen); and his daughter Holly Dawn. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Marie (John) and Matthew LaVerne (Jennifer); his wife Carolyn Gassner; his brother Rudi; and his sister-in-law Donna (Robert). He is also survived by nieces & nephews and grandnieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the North Oak Community Church (3000 Oak St, Hays, KS 67601). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the North Oak Community Church youth group.
