He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Werth; his children, Sarah Nicks (Tim), Melissa Donaldson (Brent) and Creighton Anschutz; his grandchildren, Tanner Nicks (Haley), Cole Nicks, Meyer Donaldson and Averine Donaldson; his great grandchildren, Layden and Reign Nicks; and his brother Ronald Anschutz (Pam).
