He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd H. Fields and Nina H. Fields (Kersenbrock); and his siblings, Don and Betty Koenig. He is survived by: his wife Della Fields (Dreiling); his daughter Melissa Reif of Plainville, KS; his brother Gary Fields (Janice) of North Glenn, CO; his brothers-in-law, Dale Koenig of Colby, KS and Dennis Dreiling of Victoria, KS; and his grandchildren, Samantha Reif, Justin Reif and Abby Reif.
