Rita Mae VonFeldt Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2023, at the age of 93, Rita Mae VonFeldt of Hays, Kansas, born in Liebenthal, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Legleiter and Josephine Legleiter (Dechant); her husband Robert F. VonFeldt; and her brothers, Robert, Ralph, Richard and Raymond Legleiter.
She is survived by: her children, Darrel VonFeldt (JoAnn) of Hays and Sheila Pfannenstiel (Joe) of McPherson; her siblings, Ron Legleiter (Susan) of Hays, Julie Randa of McPherson, Annie Daniels of El Dorado and Mary Jane Brungardt of McPherson; and her grandchildren, Klint VonFeldt (Jennifer), Kenda Leiker (Corey), Rachael Steenson (Brad) and Ryan Pfannenstiel (Megan). She is also survived by ten great grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to Kindred Hospice in McPherson or for masses.
