We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2023, at the age of 81, Richard A. Rupp of Hays, Kansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard A. Rupp to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Rupp and Rose Rupp (Groff); his wife Vickie Ann Walters; and his siblings, Bill, Francis "Hammie", Thomas, Edward Jr., Robert Rupp and Delores Rupp Froelich-Gross.

He is survived by: his daughters, Kendra Vaughn (Johnathan) of Hays and Laura Wellbrock (Christopher) of Hays; his sisters, Patty "Doll" Rogers of Kansas City and Betty Chew (Otto) of Hays; and his grandchildren, Noah Vaughn (Mia "Levi" Weilert), Katie, Daylen Vaughn, Savanna and Lillian Wellbrock.

Memorials are suggested to the family for funeral expenses and checks may be made payable to Hays Memorial Chapel.
