He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Billinger and Martha Billinger (Kuntzsch); his siblings, Robert, Donnie Billinger and Anita; his stepgrandson Kristopher Thyfault; his stepson Rick Wolf; and his stepdaughter-in-law Karen Wolf.
He is survived by: his wife Edna; his children, Jeff Billinger (Phyllis) of Russell, Kansas and Beth Zweifel (Bradley) of Waldo, Kansas; his stepchildren, Linda Thyfault of Hays, Kansas, Wesley Wolf (Carolyn) of Yoder and Terry Wolf of Hays, Kansas.; and his stepdaughter-in-law Betty Wolf of Hays. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and twenty-nine great-grandchildren.
