Patricia A. Weigel Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A. Weigel of Hays, Kansas, born in Salina, Kansas, who passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Joseph and Ruth Eitel (Platt); her former husband Roland Dean Hammett; her siblings, Walter, Howard Eitel and Betty Dunbar; and her stepdaughter Brenda Gabel.
She is survived by: her husband Virgel Lee Weigel of Hays; her pets, Bailey and Sadie; her children, Douglas Hammett (Beverly) of South Africa, Ronald Hammett (Stacey) of Allentown, PA, Rhonda Larscheid (Donald) of Topeka, Kristi Carson (Tim) of Topeka and Susan Hammett of Hays; her stepdaughter Becky Woodard (Paul) of Arlington, TX; and her stepson-in-law Curtis Gabel of Hays. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 29 great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the Humane Society of the High Plains.
