He is survived by: his children, Dan, Teri and Tina; his grandchildren, Branden, Ryan, Heather, Kayla, Steven, Tara, Dustin, Alex and Jordan; and his great grandchildren, Seth, Matthew, Charlee, Trinity, Nicholas, Andrew, Destinee, Natalee, Mason and Dustin.
