He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Giebler and Anna Giebler (Staab); his wife Elaine M. Karlin; his siblings, Herbert, Albert, Edmund, Harold Giebler and Sybilla Schukman; and his granddaughter Melissa Becker.
He is survived by: his children, David Giebler (Cyndee) of Porterfield, WI, Timothy Giebler (Sherry) of Olathe, Julie Becker of Overland Park and Lucy Hahn (Christian) of Minneapolis, MN; his siblings, Patrick Giebler (Terri) of Colby and Bernice Schumacher of Chesterfield, MO; and his grandchildren, Lisa Giebler (Michael Shanahan), Emma Giebler, Karl, Erik Hahn and Conrad Giebler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to TMP-M High School or Creighton University for the School of Dentistry.
