She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle E. Bishop and Lorna M. Bishop (Stimbert); her husband Delbert Rhodes; her brother Derry Bishop; and her granddaughter-in-law Katherine Leiker.
She is survived by: her children, Marty Rhodes of Hays, KS, Lori Leiker (Ron) of Hays, KS and Dennis Rhodes (Mary) of Gardner, KS.; and her grandchildren, Jeff Leiker, Drew Rhodes, Daniel Rhodes (Alyssa), Sarah Hilgenkamp (Tyler), Joshua Rhodes (Brittney) and Gabrielle Rhodes. She is also survived by her 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making memorial contributions payable to the Humane Society of the High Plains, care of Cline's-Keithley Mortuary of Hays.
