She is survived by: her husband Frank B. Mermis; her children, Charlene Mermis of Hays, KS, Benita Meyers (Steve), Jerry Mermis of Hays, KS and Julie Pfannenstiel of Hays, KS; her sister Alice Schrant of Victoria, KS; her brother-in-law Syl Rome; her grandchildren, Jerald Mosier (Jewel), Wendy Gabel (Austin), Adrienne Bortz (Randy), Jarett Mermis (Audrey), Cassandra Davied (Scott), Rachel Klaus (Luke), Rebecca Brady (Aaron), Amanda Pfannenstiel, Lacey Pfannenstiel and Lindsey Pfannenstiel; and her great grandchildren, Samantha, Nathan, Emmett Mosier, Ethan, Aria Gabel, Audrey, Lily Bortz, Brinley Mermis, Evan, Levi, Adam Brady, DeShon Williams-Shepherd, Timothy Smith and Kingstin Smith.
