It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leon Ricke of Hays, Kansas, born in Medicine Lodge, Kansas, who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Seraphine Ricke; and his daughter Lisa Diane. He is survived by: his mother Beatrice Ricke (Dick) of Kingman, KS; his wife Colleen White of Hays; his children, Michael Ricke (Kathy) of Valparaiso, IN, Bradley Ricke (Mandy) of Hays and Shelly Moeckel (Guy) of Hays; his grandchildren, Madison Ricke, Bryant Ricke, Sierra Ricke, Emily Ricke, Molly Ricke, Alexa Moeckel, Logan Moeckel and Braeden Moeckel; and his siblings, Fred Ricke (Pat), Melvin Ricke (Nina), Jerome Ricke (Susan), Clarence Ricke (Geneva), Geralyn Prichard (Dan), Glenn Ricke (Kay), Norman Ricke (Twyla), Kevin Ricke (Delores) and Gayle Ricke.
