He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lawrence and Anne Elizabeth Reed (Nicholson); and his sister Ann Elizabeth Hinkel. He is survived by: his nephews, Roy Reed Hinkel (Teresa) of Round Rock, TX and Lawrence Cooper Hinkel (Angela) of Milton, GA; and his niece Anne E. Shannon (Jay) of Corinth, TX.
