He is survived by: his wife Janice Robben; his sons, Kirk Collins of Johnston, IA, Kale Collins (Jessica) of Wichita and Kylan Collins (Angela) of Park City; his sister Gwen Ford (Jerry) of Lenoir, NC; his half-sister Fleeta Griffith of La Grange, NC; his stepbrothers, Francis Andrew Perry III of La Grange, NC and Thomas Perry of La Grange, NC; his siblings-in-law, Wayne Robben of Hays, Lester Robben (Donetta) of Hays, Jerry Robben (Linda) of Arizona, Joyce Bieker (Dale) of Arizona, Lee Robben (Lisa) of Arizona and Lois Werth (Harold, Jr.) of Quinter; and his grandchildren, Kory, Grace, Allie Collins, Kailee Robinson, Brett, Ella, Mason, Kooper, Abby, Hannah, Layton and Kason Collins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
