She is survived by: her parents, Todd Smith and Terry Smith (Washtak) of Nebraska City, NE; her husband Jeff Leiker; her sons, Elliot, Ewan and Edward Leiker; her siblings, Ben Smith (Breeana) of Vacaville, CA and Betsy Sharp of Syracuse, NE; and her niece Olivia.
Memorials are suggested and payable to St. Joseph Catholic Church or to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Munjor.
