She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Anderson and Leone Anderson (Mottin); her husband Gerard A. Otter; her stepfather Francis Porsch; and her brother-in-law Robert Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce C. Otter (Sara) of Englewood, CO, Kelly Otter Jorgensen (Blake) of Ottawa, Pamela Gassmann of Olathe and Traci Ditter (Aaron) of Hays; her sisters, Connie Bryan (Joel) of Scott City and Lorraine Ackerman (Gerald) of Montana; her grandchildren, Carlyn Lemon (Jess), Darrah Steffen (Dylan), Kinley Jorgensen (Myles), Austin Gassmann, Dylan Gassmann (Carter), Lakin Ditter (Brandon), Loganne Ditter and Gillian Otter; her great grandchildren, Amara Lemon, Anderson Lemon and Julia Gassmann; and her pet Crosby.
