He is survived by: his parents, Pedro Cubillo Rizo and Rosa Flores Zambrano; his girlfriend Olimpia Moreno of Hays; his children, Jose, Alex, Nicholas Pershall Cubillo and Sadie Pershall Cubillo; and his siblings, Fili Cubillo (Julie) of Hays, Patricia Cubillo (Juan) of Hays, Rosa Cubillo Flores (Ruben) of Hays and Maria Cubillo Corbett (Keeven) of Hays. He is also survived by his family, friends.
