He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Blake and Betty J. Owens. He is survived by: his daughters, Billie Blake of Hays, KS, Heather Blake of Denver, CO, Jennifer Hatman of Erie, PA and Brandi Hay of Reydon, OK.; and his siblings, Debbie Jackson, Steve Blake, Linda Hardey and Rita Bennett.
