We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2024, at the age of 84, Jay Scott of Hays, Kansas, born in Topeka, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin Maxwell and Kate Elizabeth Scott (Rupin). He is survived by: his wife Marsha; and his friend Jayme Clark of Hays.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the FHSU Shotgun Sports Team in Jay's honor.
