James L. Fieler Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James L. Fieler of Hays, Kansas, who passed away on March 7, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Fieler and Ruth Fieler (Sowder); his wife Jean; and his children, Keith Fieler and Lisa Ann Fieler.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Fieler (Kay) of Shawnee, Amy Luebbers (Jeff) of Hays and Dawn Keil (Steve) of Hays; his daughter-in-law Carol Fieler of Schoenchen; his sister Connie Schutte (Denis) of Batesville; and his grandchildren, Jade Herl (Justin), Jonathan Fieler (Brandie), Mallory Bibens (Ryan), Chelsea Mauler (Trent), Heidi Gerhard, Hannah Dreiling (Dane), Cody Luebbers (Jenna), Alyssa Keil and Jenna Luebbers. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to St. Joseph Catholic Church, Holy Family Elementary School, or for masses.
