It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Marie (Stremel) Foster in Hays, Kansas, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Stremel (Ed) and Isabel Stremel (Schuckman); her husband Morris Foster; and her brother John Stremel. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Ross of Fairmont and Dale Ross of Auburn, Washington; her grandchildren, Jenna Ginther (Cory) and Randy Ross of Amarillo, Texas; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Jeremiah, Justan Fox and Jaelyn Ginther; her siblings, Esther Schaffer, Ed Stremel (Mary) of Olathe and Mike Stremel (Lori) of Hays; and her sister-in-law Claudia Stremel (Arlyn Wasinger). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
