She was predeceased by: her parents, Fusazo "Tom" Kazaoka and Shige Kazaoka; her husband Frank K. Hosaka; and her siblings, Katsuhige Kazaoka (Nanette), Mitsuo Kazaoka and Fusaye Kazaoka.
She is survived by: her children, Art Hosaka (Lisabeth) of Chicago, IL, Kenneth Hosaka (Chris) of Atlanta, GA and Heidi Youtsey (Vincent Borowski, Jr.); and her sibling Masaru Kazaoka (Alice). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 12 nieces; and 7 nephews.
