He is survived by: his wife Dorothy A. Ernst of Hays; his sons, Blake Werth (Sandra) of Hays and Blaine Werth (Dionne) of Hays; and his grandchildren, Jacob Werth (Kathleen), Ethan Werth, Cameron Werth, Kelton Werth and Kayla Werth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
