It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harlan Joe Combes in Hays, Kansas, born in Lebo, Kansas, who passed away on December 7, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Combes and Marjorie Combes (Rich); and his brother Elmer. He is survived by: his wife Lorna Nadine Smith; his children, Randa Folson of Osawatomie, Karla Musick of Mt. Vernon, Shaunna Bernard of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Tary Combes of Fredrickstown, David Carroll of Jetmore, Brian Carroll of Franklin, Kevin Carroll of Dodge City and Reid Carroll of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; and his siblings, Anita Pase and Daniel Combes of Alabama. He is also survived by twenty-eight grandchildren and thirty-six great-grandchildren.
