She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Offner of Kansas; her children, Bryan Offner (Kim) of Colorado and Nancy Haugen of Florida; her grandchildren, Michelle Piccarelli (Andrew), Bradley Haugen and Brian Haugen; her brother Roger Harting (Penny) of Missouri; and her great grandchild Ella Piccarelli.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Ogallah Christian Church.
