She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Lamkin and Hilda Lamkin (Roelf); her husbands, Bill and Fritz; her daughter Angela Augustine; her grandson Michael Werth; and her great grandchild Colton Lane.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Philip (Gail) of Olathe, Bob Philip (Bonnie) of Munjor and Patty Werth (Kevin) of Hays; and her grandchildren, Stephen, Robert, Thomas, Danny Philip, Bill and Jeremy Werth. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Memorials are suggested to the Humane Society of the High Plains.
