DVM Steven Mosier Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of DVM Steven Mosier of Hays, Kansas, born in Hoxie, Kansas, who passed away on September 11, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Decker Mosier and Lela Mosier (Mowry); his son Darren Ward Mosier; his siblings, Ben, Dr. Jacob, Dr. Ross, Dr. Don, Dr. Stan Mosier and Lila Marie Fansher (Stan); his siblings-in-law, Flavel Simcox, Joann and Margaret Mosier; and his nephew Craig Mosier.
He is survived by: his brother Stanley Jay; his grandchild Decker; his wife Linda Louise Ward of Hays; his daughters, Karen Nicholson (Blake) of Estes Park, CO, Kristen Hill (Christian) of Estes Park, CO, Karla DuBois (Justin) of Estes Park, CO and Kayleen Geist (Garrett) of Hays; his siblings, Frank Mosier (Joan) of Manhattan, Dr. Richard Mosier (Mary) of Claremore, OK, Dr. Larry Mosier of Sargent, NE and Louise Simcox of Salina; his sisters-in-law, Betty Mosier of Manhattan, Bunny Mosier of Cedar Rapids, NE and Kathy Mosier of Wichita; and his grandchildren, Blake "Decker", Ben, Hannah Nicholson, Ethan and Isaac Hill. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
