He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kitchen and Barbara Kitchen (Keberlein); and his siblings, Robert, William Kitchen, Mary Jane Roper and Patricia Kitchen.
He is survived by: his former wife Jeanette Wiesner; his pet Jack; his children, Mark Kitchen (Millie) of Aurora, CO, Marshall Kitchen (Brenda) of Hays, Brent Kitchen (Shelly) of Olathe, Kim Betts (Mike) of Hays and Mindi Pfannenstiel (Marty) of Mulvane; and his grandchildren, Dustin Kitchen (Robin), Brenden, Taylor Kitchen, Blake Kitchen (Tanya), Brian Kitchen (Allison), Kayla Landers (Jake), Dylan, Bailey, Gage Kitchen, Sheldon Betts (Niki), Clay, Jordan Betts, Austin, Chayton, Easton and Maci Pfannenstiel. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
