It is with great sadness that we announce the death of DeVila Ann Meier of Hays, Kansas, born in Larned, Kansas, who passed away on June 9, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster Fox and Essa Mae Sohl Cochran; and her siblings, Miles Story and Billie Miller. She is survived by: her daughter Cristina Meier (Hays); her sister Donna Blakely (Oren); her granddaughter Brittany Espinosa (Hays); and her great grandchild Luna. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
