He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Casper and Edna Jane Casper (Bailey); and his brother Kelly Casper. He is survived by: his wife Harriette Powell; his children, Jason Casper (Alina) of Hays, Joseph Casper (Beth) of Bend, OR and Jessica Krutka of Las Vegas, NV; his siblings, Jeff Casper (Carolyn) of Brownell, Tom Casper (Debbie) of Hays and Diane Dreiling (Larry) of Medicine Lodge; and his grandchildren, Aaron Casper, Addison Casper, Alexandria Casper, Samantha Casper and David Krutka. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
