It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia L. Thayer of Hays, Kansas, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on February 24, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wilder and Betty Wilder (Byrns); and her husband James "Jim" Thayer. She is survived by: her children, Phillip Thayer (Nathan Davis) and Heather Thayer (Kirk Werth); and her grandchildren, Kassii of Hays and Chase Werth of Hays.
