He is survived by: his wife Mary of Hays; his children, Jeffrey Riggs of Wichita, Clifton Riggs, Jr. (Ramona) of Hutchinson, Cory Riggs of Tulsa, OK and Michelle Whitlow of Oklahoma City; his brothers, Jack Branch (Cynthia) of Salinas, CA and Roy Newman Branch (Vickie) of Hendrix, OK; his grandchildren, Justin Riggs (Darcie), Aaron Riggs, Clifton Riggs, III (Sara), Dominic Riggs, Charles Whitlow, Corine Cammack (Dillon), Taylor Riggs, Sara Riggs, Ashley Riggs, Samantha Riggs and Alley Riggs; and his great grandchildren, Atlas, Iris, Margot, Tre, Zeke, Braxton, Avyana and Matthew. He is also survived by friends and family.
