She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob J. Gerstner and Marcianna Gerstner (Rohleder); her husband Wilfred Klaus; her son Arthur; and her son-in-law Charlie Harkness.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Klaus (Karen) of O'Fallon, MO, Donna Harkness of Wichita, KS and Jean Pfeifer (John) of Lawrence, KS; her brother Rudy Gerstner (Pam) of Sun City, AZ; her sister-in-law Sandra Gerstner of Scott City, KS; and her grandchildren, Chelsea McKay (Grant) of Berglenn, Germany, Shannon Klaus of Sunnyvale, CA, Erica Rule (Zach) of O'Fallon, MO, Jacob Pfeifer (Emily) of Bentonville, AR, Clayton Pfeifer of Manhattan, KS, Reed Pfeifer of Lawrence, KS and Jack Pfeifer of Lawrence, KS. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
