Carlyle A. Thompson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carlyle A. Thompson of Hays, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 15, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Thompson and Ora Thompson; his brother Castle Thompson; and his sister-in-law Joanne Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jo Burge; his children, Curt (Glenda) of Hutchinson, KS, Lee Anne of Lawrence, KS, Chris of Springfield, MO, Kent (Andrea) of Plano, TX and Rebecca (Tad) of Manhattan, KS.; his aunt Lois Flinn; his sister-in-law Ann Ware; and his great grandchildren, Nora and Molly. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
