He was predeceased by: his father Charles M. Rupp; and his sister Deborah Ann Marie "Debbie" Rupp. He is survived by: his mother Viola F. "Ollie" Rupp (Dinkel) of Hays; his children, BJ Rupp (Dena) of Hays and Danielle Bornholdt (John) of Hutchinson; his brother Vernon Rupp (Mellisa) of Kansas City, MO; and his grandchildren, Laine Werth, Kinley Rupp and Madisyn Rupp.
