He was predeceased by: his brothers, Doug and David Perry. He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Perry of Sawyer, Raymond Perry, Ernie Perry and Janice Miller of Wilmington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Pratt Food Bank in care of Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt.
