He is survived by: his significant other Janet Ariel Smith; his daughters, Janelle Olivarez (Joseph) and Barbara Mann (Jerry); his son-in-law Mark Koehn (Amy); his grandchildren, Taylor Townsend Crevola (Zachary), Seth Lincoln Koehn (Ariana), Micah Mann (Kassandra Henley), Landon Townsend, Kendall Townsend and Rachel Mann Dutta (Amith); his great grandchild Renly Elizabeth Dutta; and his friend Church.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Newberg Friends Church (307 S College St, Newberg, OR 97132).
