The memory of Jeremy Allen Brozek of Haviland, Kansas, who passed away on April 2, 2025 at the age of 45, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Emanuel; and his brother Dick Porter. He is survived by: his mother Thresa Cecilia Brozek (Bass); his children, A. J. Eisenhour, Sonny Brozek, Blake Brozek, Sabrina Egamier, Adriana Egamier, Ambrea Everhart, Ali Burns, Cecilia Brozek and Olive Brozek; his siblings, Aaron Brozek, Alvin Brozek, Jr., Darren Brozek and Linda Hurts; and his sister-in-law Janet Porter. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fleener Funeral Home (514 S Main St, Greensburg, KS 67054).
