He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Windsor and Mildred Windsor (Wendleton); and his wife Mary Lackey. He is survived by: his children, Eileen Beavers (John) of Chapman, KS., Brian Windsor of Oklahoma City, OK., David Windsor of Hutchinson, KS. and Angela Curran (Kevin) of Kansas City, MO.; his siblings, Nelda Windsor of St. Peters, MO., Charles Windsor of Cypress, TX. and Paul Windsor of Wichita, KS.; and his grandchildren, Tom and Maggie Curran.
