He was predeceased by: his parents, John Beltz and Daisy Beltz; his son-in-law Dean Lott; and his sisters, Doris Brosius and Wilma Bauman.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughters, Cindy Lott and Jan Beltz; his granddaughter Brynn Howard (Michael Loughrie); his children, Vance, Brooke, Dustin, Tanner, Taryn Dohrman (Brooks), Brayden, Trey and Haylie; and his grandson Colton Howard.
